To translate those things you should use sound schemes. (*.smf files)

Hi,
The subject line makes it pretty clear. Does anyone know where the jaws
tutor and help messages are stored? Are they handled by scripts, or built in
to the core?
Iā€™m not interested in the interface, just the messages which are
automatically spoken by jaws.
Before you ask, no, there is no jaws for my language, and Iā€™m pretty sure
FS wouldnā€™t see a market for it.
