Actually, my thoughts are a Least Flycatcher. This is not my professional
opinion but more my amature, I have no idea what that bird is, flycatchers
all look alike, opinion. So take it for what it is worth.

contrast edging on the wings. Your bird has very high contrast on the
wings, which fits more with what Sibley lists for Least. Leading to the
only possible conclusion that this is a Least Hammusky Aldlow flycatcher in
the Frustratium genus 😁
