Thanks so much, everyone!
Merlin kept suggesting Pacific slope.
I do have other pics, but I didn’t get its back before it flew, and the light
was atrocious. I will attach the others here, and see if they help at all.
These are straight out of the camera, no editing, no cropping, nothing. I hope
they are helpful.

Greetings All:
I would go so far as to go with Cordilleran/Pacific-slope Flycatcher -
there is a bit of a 'tip' to the posterior portion of the eyering, the
bill is 'relatively' long and 'relatively' narrow whereas
Yellow-bellied trends towards 'relatively' short and 'relatively'
wide, there is a fair amount of paling to the center of the yellow in
the belly - Yellow-bellied tends to be pretty solid yellow.
As regards Cordilleran vs. Pacific-slope, this early in the season I
would go with the default migrant ... which is Cordilleran.
Pacific-slope Flycatchers are being documented in Texas but they seem
to be found during passage later in the fall.

Not sure which kind of flycatcher this little bird was. It was in my tree
