Ok thanks! Tons of them migrate out to the area right adjacent to Takoha Lake in the late fall and winter there. That might be where it’s from.

Len, that I don't know about.  But several confirmed seeing it last night.  My husband first saw it while going to work Saturday night.  I have another pic of the red on  his head. I'll need to reduce it first.
