Dear all,
The Centre for Tropical Biodiversity Conservation (CTBC) is seeking an
intern to assist with research and writing for a review paper and annual
report. The intern will have the opportunity to gain experience in research
and writing for a non-profit organization, as well as learn about the
mission and work of CTBC.
Essential qualifications:
Graduates or Post-graduate in any degree, preferably in
Zoology/Ecology/Environmental sciences/ Wildlife sciences and allied fields
are especially encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities will include:
1.
Conducting research on relevant topics to write the review paper
2.
Writing and editing the review paper, with guidance from the CTBC team
3.
Assisting with the gathering of data and information for the annual
report
4.
Writing and editing sections of the annual report
5.
Familiarity with data entry and basic analysis
The ideal candidate will have:
1.
Strong writing and communication skills in English
2.
A keen interest in non-profit work
3.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Field site: Malappuram, Kerala.
This is an unpaid internship opportunity but basic accommodation and food
will be provided. The duration of this internship is 4 months, and the
candidate must commit for at least 3 months. If you are passionate about
