CENTER FOR ENVOTECH AND MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD. is seeking some
vivacious, driven, and knowledgeable professionals with the following
credentials and skill sets–
1. *Position -* Biodiversity Expert
*Location –* Odisha, Bhubaneswar
*Qualification –* Masters/Bachelor in
Ecology/Forestry/Wildlife/Biodiversity/Botany or related fields
*Remuneration –* Pay is in line with experience.
*Experience –* Freshers or those with 1-6 years of cumulative experience in
the environmental, climate change, regenerative agriculture, etc. fields
with 3 years of experience in biodiversity assessment.
*Other expectations -* The candidate must be well-versed in biodiversity.
He must be able to communicate with the forest department and be familiar
with the jargon used to describe forestry and floral variety. He must be
able to perform field surveys and have great documentation and
communication abilities. An advantage would be having GIS knowledge.
2. *Position -* GIS Expert
*Location – *Odisha, Bhubaneswar
*Qualification –* Masters in GIS and Remote sensing/Geoinformatics/B.Tech
/Diploma or related fields
*Remuneration –* Salary commensurate with experience
*Experience –* Freshers or those with between one and six years of total
experience planning, creating, and putting into place databases or systems
to access and store geographic data Advanced practical knowledge in GIS, EO
data processing, Georeferencing, tropical forests, classifying land use and
cover, assessing damage, and classifying tree species. It would be ideal to
have three years of experience working on a biodiversity assessment team.
*Requirement-* The candidate must be very knowledgeable about GIS and its
tools. The candidate must be skilled in using ArcGIS, QGIS, or GRASS GIS to
build and manage geodatabase models and Web maps. He must be able to
capacitate the field survey team in order to conduct field GPS GNSS data
gathering. He needs to be an outstanding communicator and reporter.
3. *Position -* DGPS Expert
*Location –* Odisha, Bhubaneswar
*Qualification –* Masters in DGPS/ Bachelor in DGPS Survey/ Civil Egg./
ITI/Diploma or related fields
*Remuneration –* Salary commensurate with experience
* Experience –* Freshers or those with between one and six years of total
experience working in remote areas, GPS
