Yep, and that "innovation" was evident at the recent MacWorld.  Not a new
product announced.  I read about it not being in their product cycle.

Sure, Microsoft has done favorable things for it's customers and prospects;
that's why their market share in their main business is about 20x that of
Apple in the same business, and Apple started just a bit earlier than Apple.

I was only asking for one example on each side.  You cannot provide one.
You are a fan-boy.

But, "of course" it is me that can't see the forest for the trees.

No rationalization needed. Apple is providing the innovation to keep 
moving things forward. Microsoft continues to try to use its market 
power to push inferior technologies on the masses.

Has Microsoft ever done anything favorable for its customers?
