Correct. As far as I can see, they are still asking for opinions, even
from the public, as of today:

But again, the main ingredient here seems to be the so-called "offsets."
What will the choice do for Brazil, in terms of investments in the
country's economy. (Which is not to say that ISDB would be a "mistake."
I'm sure it would provide excellent service too. Each system has its
advantages.)
