"Atualizado em 9/3/106" I expect that tomorrow it will say 10/3/106 and all the articles will still be dated 2003. They probably have a program that updates the date if nothing new is posted. As far as this source is concerned nothing has happened since 2003. Just checked. It now does say 10/3/106 and nothing has changed. So I guess nothing has happened in Brazil since 2003 and nothing happened before that either. 2003 was a big year.
