It doesn't say "2006" but "106". Is that Portuguese for 2006?

"Atualizado em
9/3/106"

I expect that tomorrow it will say 10/3/106 and all the articles will
still be dated 2003. They probably have a program that updates the date
if nothing new is posted.

As far as this source is concerned nothing has happened since 2003.

Just checked. It now does say 10/3/106 and nothing has changed. So I
guess nothing has happened in Brazil since 2003 and nothing happened
before that either.

2003 was a big year.
