Easy.  Just change out the RF front end, digital demodulator, transport 
stream processor, all of the middleware that handles parsing TS data for the 
on screen guide and finding the proper audio and video transport streams, 
and changing the video output format, and what do you have left?  The case 
and the power supply?  That is, assuming the power supply is a 120/240 VAC 
50/60 Hz switching supply.
