So could Nokia, Pace and a hundred others who have specifically and with good reason avoided 8-VSB like the plague. And everyone of them would be falling all over themselves to supply the US with oodles of DVB-T or T2 receivers the day it was announced that the US could use such a modulation. Meeting US requirements wold be no problem. Nokia made 300 6 MHz receivers for us in a couple of months with no market.
