You are again confused. The ISP networks were not saturated. I could do
whatever web browsing I wanted. What became saturated were certain specific
servers in ISP networks, servers dedicated to the organizations that distribute
those specific media streams.
So this is good news. And as I already said, it also suggests how OTA
broadcasters of today could find a new role in the Internet future of TV.
And again, I'm only having to elaborate the obvious, to death.
