Give it up Bert. I provided a quote stating the the main problems were with the
HBO servers. The article said NORHING about congestion on ISP networks. Not
that it would matter on your DSL service which does not share bandwidth.

You are again confused. The ISP networks were not saturated. I could do
whatever web browsing I wanted. What became saturated were certain specific
servers in ISP networks, servers dedicated to the organizations that
distribute those specific media streams.
So this is good news. And as I already said, it also suggests how OTA
broadcasters of today could find a new role in the Internet future of TV.
And again, I'm only having to elaborate the obvious, to death.
