DVB-T can support mobile very well. The problem is DVB-T's power consumption and the limited capacity of the batteries in cell phones. The first mobile market is to cell phones because they are there but in the future battery life will not be the problem it is now and larger devices will be used for mobile video once the initial cell phone introduction wears off.. I still think DVB-T is the way to go. We were looking into fuel cells years ago. They are now coming to market for mobile HD cameras and will be everywhere in a few years. Transport of fuel for fuel cells is one roadblock to acceptance today.
