 From the getgo we wanted to use an advanced codec. Our first choice was 
ON2's codec which should have been chosen over MPEG2 in the first place. 
I never have thought that 8-VSB at 19.34 Mbps supported HD anyway. There 
is nothing magical about 19.34 Mbps, 8-VSB and HD.
