Most either watch analog channels or use the > STB for the digital version. I have no use for the SD or analog channels. They look like crap on modern TV's. And I have no intention of paying extra for an unneeded STB that does not even record when I have been using clear QAM for maybe 8-9 years or so happily with computers. All I want is the network channels in a quality matching what they are broadcast. I don't think Comcast has any sort of obligation to give them to me for free but my limited basic subscription will either include them or I will no longer purchase it. And yes, I do know how to use an antenna for HD. But I seem to move for job related reasons every 2-4 years and I'm getting tired of being Johnny Appleseed leaving antennas at various rentals around the country. - Tom ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can UNSUBSCRIBE from the OpenDTV list in two ways: - Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at FreeLists.org - By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
