Do we have any idea what HBO's contracts with cable/DBS providers say (if anything) about whether they can stream? I note that Al Jazeera English streaming had to go dark for US IP addresses when Al Jazeera America went live, reportedly because of agreements with cable/DBS folks. Does the HBO language possibly go back so far that there was no way to mention this?
