I can't answer for what is in the contracts, but the HBO GO app requires that 
the user pay an MVPD for the HBO service. So it works just like the other 
streaming apps for MVPD channels - i.e. you need to enter a username and 
password, AND also pay for the HBO premium service.

- Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at 
FreeLists.org 

- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word 
unsubscribe in the subject line.
