Hmmmmmm...

Guess this is to be expected in a land where good sense and logic do not apply...

where the unintended consequences are more important than the intended ones.

Many industries "over book" based on the marketplace reality that a sizeable percentage of applicants will not complete the transaction.

I'm not sure why we needed all of this overhead - seems that stores could have logged into a database to verify that a potential purchase did not exceed the 2 per household allocation - its not you can put one of these boxes on e-bay and make a profit...
