I don't know about AT&T, but Verizon has offered the Motorola Krave for almost two years now, which is MediaFLO enabled (Verizon calls it "VCast TV").
Since MediaFLO is on channel 55, and our station's temporary ATSC was also on channel 55, Qualcomm made arrangements that allowed us to permit Qualcomm to turn on MediaFLO in some of our fringe areas and interfere with our signal.
