We are not talking about the ATSC mobile standard. We are talking about a new DTV standard to replace ATSC and free up spectrum for broadband.
By the way, you could get AT LEAST five 480P channels into 19.3 Mbps, even live sports, with h.264. Three to four Mbps per stream is more than adequate
