I've only read two articles, and it sounds like not so much of a
cross-licensing deal as for a cross-functionality one.  However, Cisco has
asked for attorney's fees, and that will most likely be a significant cash
exchange.

John Willkie, who always puts the payments of attorney's fees in the
contracts he proffers.
