Or given the fact that NDS practically handed the government a CAP
delivery system in 2000-ish, and 11 years later we're only getting to
a pilot stage. But then again in my personal experience said 'market'
(excluding anyone on this list) was beset with buffoons, backstabbers
and liars, and many people (including some on this list) got burned by
CAP/EAS and the multitude of layers of incompetent government weenies,
to the point of abandoning any products/efforts of worth.
