That depends on how many stations take the money and run, and how many existing
sub-channels disappear. It is not hard to imagine four 6 MHz channels
remaining in a market. Initially three ATSC 1.0 channels and one 3.0 channel,
gradually transitioning to three 3.0 channels and one legacy SDTV 1.0 multiplex.
