TVE is an OTT extension of a MVPD subscription. Clearly it is reflected in the
charts related to the various devices that access TVE sites.

The common theme in this report is measuring Internet traffic and projecting
how it will grow over the rest of this decade, so essentially it measures all
OTT traffic, and does a decent job telling us the breakdown of the devices used
to view these video bits.
