Hm are you missing some of the mails in mine and Simon's discussions?

I've been making attempts to keep small3 in 02tfc away from 222 :-),
and the best I can manage is the beginning of section 133. But that
section has already got a well-placed small11...
I didn't get around to check in my corrective changes to the XML files
yesterday, so I'll compare what you check in now to see if there's
still any of my fixes needed.
