Hi Jon
The map I scanned is in the 02_TFC archive. But it's not great. I temporarily
put it here:

As you can see, the very centre of the illustration has been ruined through
over-application of glue in the binding process. I hope someone else can scan
in a better copy, because of the four books I have, that's quite honestly the
best available. :-\
Still, I'm sure some kind soul will help us!
