Well, until some kind soul can step in, I've put some fixin' on the map:

I don't think the map is irretrievable, but it still needs some work.
In particular, three place names were obscured:

Kalama? River: Is it Kalaman, Kalamar, ...?
?zan River: Azan River maybe?
Karna?: Isn't it Karnali or something?

I don't have the resources at hand to figure this out. Can someone do
some research into this?
