Many of the issues you pointed out have been fixed straight away. The source xml
file has been updated and committed. As always, the Errata Page is the best
place to see what has been fixed and what is still outstanding.

list members is more than welcome. In fact, if anyone spots an issue on any of
the Errata Pages and feels strongly about it either way, feel free to post about
