Ah! I see now. Re-resolved as (ne). There were actually TWO problems with the
footnotes in the source xml. The one in the Grand Master Disciplines section was
present, but not "linked" (and therefore maybe not counted?), while another one
was placed in an incorrect section (the footnote text was in one numbered
section, while the footnote marker was in a the previous numbered section!).
I've fixed both these issues, so all footnote numbers should be correct in the
next pre-release version.
(I wonder which foolish person caused both of those errors... ahem...! :-[ )

Ah, in which case, I've reopened this issue as Outstanding/Escalated, and added
all other numbered sections where 'tome' appears uncapitalised. I've added your
reasoning too.
