Thanks for the list, as always. A lot of the problems you listed were (ne) typos, or obvious errata
that I've corrected immediately. The online version has been updated to reflect this. Whatever I

The following were Rejected:

(Caption): … -> . . . [LM: PAMoS says that the ellipsis should be three periods separated by spaces,
but all of the ellipses in this book are the ellipsis character.]
[so: The PAMoS is talking about the proofreading stage; once the proofread text is collated and
converted to XML, all instances of " . . . " are stripped out and replaced by "<ch.ellips/>" which
is the ASCII ellipsis character.]
(er) 75: hall below, you are -> hall below; you are [LM]
[so: "Immediately" in this sentence means "As soon as", so a semi-colon here
would not make sense.]
(er) 78, 170: New Order (should this be italicised?) [LM]
[so: No, we just italicise "Lone Wolf" as the series name. We don't italicise "Kai", "Magnakai", or
"Grand Master" either.]
(er) 299: Come, we -> ? Come. We [LM]
[so: This is fine as-is.]
