Lanterns tend to be oil-fuelled, so they will 'catch' light more easily than, say, a torch. So I don't see why a Tinderbox should be required to light it. See 'Wick Lamp' heading here: <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kerosene_lamp>
The issue in Book 11 also occurs in Section 346; I've opted for 'Lorestone of Nyxator', since that is the term used throughout the rest of the book (particularly in The Story So Far...). Fixed and uploaded to the test area.
