If Audiogenic themselves either no longer exist or prove to be a dead end, maybe this will prove to be useful. I've pieced it together from a few sources: Lone Wolf - The Mirror of Death was released for the c64 back in 1991, while Audiogenic was still active. The head honcho at Audiogenic was the owner, Peter Calver. From what I can tell, the Audiogenic's PO Box was still in use by them in 2001 (http://www.audiogenic.com/news.htm). In 2002, Calver started a new venture along with SiÃn Lloyd; One Day MBA (www.onedaymba.co.uk) whose site strangely states that he sold Audiogenic back in 1996, yet used Audiogenic's old PO Box as its address. More recently I found references on http://www.lostcousins.com which attributes the inspiration for the site to it's Managing Director, one Peter Calver (http://www.lostcousins.com/pages/info/about_us.mhtml) and lists SiÃn Lloyd as non-executive director. The site appearts live, since it was last updated a couple of weeks ago. Perhaps it may be worth attempting to contact Peter via Lost Cousins to see if he has any recollection of the Audiogenic titles? There is a mailing address for the company listed on the site. It's another Stansted address, just like the PO Box. 15A Cambridge Rd, Stansted, Essex. What's intriguing, though, is that he says "The impression I get from the ads and docs and some bizarre German review of the Amiga version that I just found is that it *was* released on all formats, so I'd go with that. Have you tried contacting the Audiogenic peeps themselves?" http://www.audiogenic.com/news.htm The link he's referring to is this one, I think: http://www.aep-emu.de/Reviews-req-showcontent-id-132.html Can anyone read German at all? Would anyone like to try contacting the author of the review? The main Lone Wolf Software document is coming along very nicely indeed, with only six more pages left to work on--out of 53!! Of course, this does not take into account any information we might be able to glean from from Jon Hare and/or David Whittaker about the games. I've even managed to locate a scan of a real curio--a keyboard overlay for a ZX Spectrum 48K (the one with the rubber keyboard) that came with the original tape games of Flight from the Dark and Fire on the Water. Nice! I hope to release version 1 of the file in a couple of days. Then I'll have to work out where to store the games themselves. >_< -- Simon Osborne
