I have read through the Gamebook for The Deathlord of Ixia, and noticed that in
most battles in Ixia, there is no restriction for using the Sommerswerd,
despite your being warned at the start of the adventure not to use it.
Interestingly, the version here also seems to allow you to use the Sommerswerd
even when in Xaagon (such as figthing the Kajarda).
As the book is so hard, I have taken full advantage of this and used the
Sommerswerd and taken the combat and undead bonuses, but I was wondering if,
strictly speaking, this should be the case. Can someone either offer their
advice on this, or even speak to Joe Dever himself to clarify this?
