You bring up a good question which may cause some debate among the
Project Aon volunteers. :) I think, however, that you're safe in using
the Sommerswerd in "The Deathlord of Ixia" unless specifically
forbidden to do so. At various times in the book, Joe Dever takes the
Sommerswerd into account, so I don't think the lack of mention in
other places is an oversight on his part.

But that's just my opinion. You may see a footnote on this issue in a
future edition of Deathlord. Thank you for bringing it up.
