[vicsireland] Download Problem

Hi Folk,
I try and download remembering 'the save as' and all of that and firstly I
am not asked where I want the download to go!
The last programme I downloaded went to some sort of temporary folder but
othertimes when I go to play a file it may only play for a few minutes in a
loop!
Someone suggested to me that it could be a jaws issue!
I have jaws 11.
I also have the latest flash installed.
Any suggestions gratefully appreciated.
Doing my head in it is!
