Hi Tony, Are your messages in html format? i.e. When you read the title of the message window do you hear 'plain text' or 'html' If they are in html format, then I would expect shift + tab and tab to cycle between links, in the same way they would while in your web browser. I'm still unclear as to why you use shift + tab to exit the message. Can you not use the escape key? I see the options in the layout menu but don't know which one to check or uncheck if that's what else I need to do.
