It is aimed at the elderly and at those with touch sensitivity problems, for whom braille simply would not be suitable. I'm afraid that there isn't much produced these days, certainly in the UK anyway, I can't speak for ireland. I do work closely with a team in RNIB called the Centre for Accessible Information and they have Moon in their remit amongst other things. I'll ask what's happening.
