Hi Paul,Do you have an alternative screen-reader on your computer? If you're going to have to reinstall JAWS, then in view of the circumstances, and in order to have a properly functioning JAWS when it is reinstalled, you will do best to remove everything associated with JAWS. (By 'everything' I do *not* mean the activation key; that stays on your hd.) All folders in the JAWS version.

Hi Gerry and Tim.No, Gerry, I haven't changed that file or any others in that general area.Yes Tim, barring any flash of inspiration from anyone ot=ut there, I supposeI will have to do a re-install. Thanks to you both -----Original Message-----From: vicsireland-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx[mailto:vicsireland-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Tim Culhane Sent: 03 June 2013 21:44 To: vicsireland@xxxxxxxxxxxxxSubject: [vicsireland] Re: Retrieving Default Eloquence rofiles For JAWSHi Paul,Don't know why it would be radical, but I think just re installing Jawswould be the simplest and most painless option. I also checked all the files in the shared folderand the only changes are in the real speak solo folder. However, my eloquence factory and eloquence options are both offering the same options as the real speak solo, meaning the real speak solo voices Ihave downloaded. I am also running 64 bit. Thanks and regards Paul -----Original Message-----From: vicsireland-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx[mailto:vicsireland-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Gerry Ellis Sent: 03 June 2013 16:47 To: vicsireland@xxxxxxxxxxxxxSubject: [vicsireland] Re: Retrieving Default Eloquence rofiles For JAWSHi, paul,I have a 64 bit PC, so your setup may be a little different if you have a 32bit one. As far as I can tell, my information for Eloquence is in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Freedom Scientific\Shared\Eloquence\6.1I reckon if you destroyed your default voices it was because you overwrote something in there. Check the date last modified on the files in there andcome back to us. Isit possible to reverse this? Thanks Paul ________________________________I am using the Free version of SPAMfighter <http://www.spamfighter.com/len>.
