[vicsireland] Re: Retrieving Default Eloquence rofiles For JAWS

Hi Gerry, Tim and Flor.

Well, I've managed to avoid the re-install option. On Paul Traynor's
advice, I tried System Restore and it worked a treat.

Mind you, I should point out that I had to remove AVG2013 In order for
System Restore to run properly.

Anyway, all is well now.

Thanks again to all

Hi Paul,

Do you have an alternative screen-reader on your computer? If you're going
to have to reinstall JAWS, then in view of the circumstances, and in order
to have a properly functioning JAWS when it is reinstalled, you will do best
to remove everything associated with JAWS. (By 'everything'
I do *not* mean the activation key; that stays on your hd.) All folders in
the JAWS version.
