Hi Robbie,
Sounds like you need to double check that you do in fact have the
permissions necessary to do what you say. Perhaps someone did something to
that computer and now it no longer gives you permissions, have you tried
anything else or is it just the shortcuts that are giving you a problem.

Hi folks!
For some reason I can no longer assign a key combination to a short cut in
the properties.
The key combination I press appears, but on pressing OK or Apply, the entry
goes back to None.
Strangely, when I delete a key combination and press Apply, it remains
deleted, so I'm authorised to make changes, but when trying to reenter the
combination previously assigned, no joy, it remains on None.
