Hi Susan, Is it saving an email which has a file attached? If so: 1. highlight the email. 2. activate the file menu. 3. go to 'save attachments' submenu and hit enter. the name given to the file should appear. hit enter again. 4. the normal save as dialogue box will come up. asking for file name... then in the 'save in' box you can do whichever you do usually. hit the number 3 for 3 and a half inch floppy or arrow to the floppy drive and hit enter. 5. just do alt s or tab round to save button.
