hi sibrena

no, this email has no attachment on it.

I'm just curious as I am expecting emails in from different companies and as I
don't
normally receive emails from them I don't know just what I'm looking for when
they
come in to my in box, and as I'm sure you can appreciate I don't want to just
open
any email if it doesn't sound familiar

many thanks susan

Hi Susan,

Is it saving an email which has a file attached?
If so:
1. highlight the email.
2. activate the file menu.
3. go to 'save attachments' submenu and hit enter. the name given to the
file should appear. hit enter again.
4. the normal save as dialogue box will come up. asking for file name...
then in the 'save in' box you can do whichever you do usually. hit the
number 3 for 3 and a half inch floppy or arrow to the floppy drive and hit
enter.
5. just do alt s or tab round to save button.

Regards,

Sabrina
