Now you can delete lines. To do this, hold down the 'CTRL' key and then click
on the 'Control Function' text for that line. You will be presented with a
confirmation message giving the line number and the text as a reminder.
I've done it this way to minimise the chance of accidentally removing the
wrong line. You have to actively look at the text... twice!
Adding or deleting lines, or changing either CC or channel numbers will
re-order the others, so beware when using the CC and Chan spinners. The one you
were on is likely to have moved elsewhere!
