The Xrun problem with midi-learn global fine detune is now resolved, by making
this go through a ring buffer and low priority thread.
This control never affected already sounding notes and the worst that I think
that could happen now is that if such a detune is made at the exact same time
as a group of notes are hit, some may have the old setting and some the new one
- depending on when the RT thread lets the other one in.
