The 10th anniversary of Yoshimi comes later this year, and I've been scanning
the archive for Cal's post where he says he's forking Zyn - this was after
increasing hostilities between him and Mark. It was something like "I haven't
got time for all of this so I'm forking Zyn.". As far as I remember it was
sometime in September, but I can't seem to find it :(
I have found what could be described as the germination of Yoshimi's embryo.
This was on August 1 when Cal gave details of a patch from his local copy that
had the great improvements to the Jack, ALSA MIDI and also added ALSA audio
(which wasn't in zyn at all at that time).
If anyone can pin down the actual date of Cal's announcement I'd be very
grateful.
