Thank you so much guys, that's exactly the info I needed. The C.freq knob in
the filter parameters for the Dynfilter Eff with LPF2 filter type works great
on System Effects.

What effect did you try? For a wha-wha like effect I would try the EQ
with a low-pass filter and relatively hiigh-ish Q and then link the
centre frequency to the pedal and play with the min-max settings.
