I agree with Jonathan's statement - Will, you truly are one of the best
maintainers around! We can never thank you enough for all the excellent
and unrelenting work you do.
About the guide: may I suggest dual licensing it under the CC BY-SA as
well, so that it can integrated with stuff from other wikis (and be used
in wikis itself)? I see it becoming part of something bigger one day,
perhaps a community book.
