Yes this now exists. It doesn't go into great detail and misses out a lot, but
it should do to get people started. It's also written in a personal style rather
than the formal style adopted by a full-length manual.
It's in ODF format, and will be in the doc folder of the next commit. I think
it's short enough to add it as an attachment here, so will give it a try.
Do have a read, and let me know if anything is unclear, too brief, or even too
long!
