[yoshimi-user] on midi controlled program changes ...

A program change carries the midi channel to which it is to be applied. I've
been
wondering if it might be advantageous if yoshimi were to treat the midi channel
of
a program change as referring to the Part number (instead of the midi channel).

Thoughts?
